Why should you make a Will?

60% of the UK adult population do not have a valid Will. Most people put it off until later life, however it is inevitable that some people may die before they ever get the chance to make one.


If you have children...

Writing a Will is means that you will have a say over what happens when you die. This is incredibly important if you have children under 18, as it allows you to state who you want to be their legal guardian.


If you’re a homeowner...

Writing a will also allows you to set out how you want to divide up your estate, including any property or accounts you own. This will prevents any family disputes when you’re gone.


Having a will ensures that:

  • You Have complete control of what happens to your assets.
  • Your family, friends and any dependents have security.
